Val de Loire

Renowned for its tranquil setting, over the centuries the Loire Valley was a favourite of French royalty and nobility. We visit two historic sites - Chateau d’Amboise and Chateau Chaumont. This area also boasts a region of forests in Sologne. This area is also laden with many chateaus. We visit the town of Tours, a provincial town home of businesses, small industries and a university.
