We get a history and demonstration of the 17th century techniques of creating “Blue Ceramics”. We visit what is considered apple country for beautiful scenery and The Castle of Rampart. Recipes include: Stuffed Fish, Snails/Frogs/Quails Eggs, Pied de Porc and a Unique Apple Pie.
