Ile de France

We visit one of the finest 17th century Chateaux in France which exhibits an exquisite collection of 17th century memorabilia. We see the spectacular landscape gardens designed by Andre le Motre, France’s most renowned landscape gardeners. We move to Province, one of the best preserved medieval cities in northern France. We see a Falconry display and visit the National Conservatory of Medicinal, Aromatic and Industrial Plants. Recipes include: Crousillant Briard (Brie Cheese), Salade Hotel de France and Tornedos de Saumon (Salmon).
