We tour La Chateau De La Bastle D’urfe, one of the most outstanding currently being refurbished. We meet Pierre Gagnier, a three star Micheline chef who builds culinary works of art. A stop is made to watch one of the finest glass blowers in France. Squab with spices is prepared at one of the most distinguished restaurants in the region.
