Drome

In this region, the black truffle is found underground in the vicinity of Oak Trees. We will show what a truffle is, how it is found and utilised in cuisine. We then visit southern Drome and artisans who continue to produce pottery as their ancestors did centuries ago. In the south-east corner of the region is La Garda Ademar where archaeologists recently discovered the remains of two Roman temples.
