Digne(Alpes de Haute Provence)

This show is set in the highlands and alpine district of Provence. An area of gently rolling slopes, fragrant with wild flowers and aromatic herbs. Savoury pancakes are a speciality here called “Tourtons” and we present a traditional recipe. A feature performance by a traditional folk group, and a visit to the pottery making Artisans of Moustiers. The Sisteron district in Northern Provence produces the best lambs in France and some of the country’s tastiest dishes, we present one of the best local recipes.
