Ardeche

We visit the highlands of central Ardeche and sample the medicinal properties of the spa waters. Once a volcanic area where over 200 springs have been located, we see how the waters of Vala Les Baine are particularly popular with people suffering from a variety of ailments. Aero City, a sophisticated amusement park with aviation theme is also visited. Recipes prepared include Maouche, Crevisse (Crayfish) and Chestnut Cake.
